Description
Enjoy up to 2 days of guided 1:1 hunting and 1 night of lodging at this exclusive ranch, located on the plains of northeastern Colorado. The ranch offers private access to six square miles of rolling hills and expansive grasslands. Within this hidden preserve, you'll find a resident herd of Estate Elk, along with mule deer, pronghorn antelope, and ring-neck pheasants. All-inclusive lodging is provided at the Ranch’s 1800s-style fort, with all meals and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) covered for the 2 days of hunting. Field dressing is included, but hunters are responsible for the transportation and processing costs of their harvested meat. No hunting license is required for this hunt. As a high-fence preserve, the Ranch issues all tags directly, so you won’t need to obtain any state tags or licenses before your hunt. Additionally, transportation to and from Denver International Airport (DIA) is included if you’re flying in.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

The lodging offers you and your group a unique home away from home experience at our 1800’s style fort! Located right on the edge of the preserve Fort Mcintosh allows you to experience early morning bugles, home cooked meals, toasty campfires with complete privacy. Yup! Never shared with other hunters! We sight in rifles the morning of your hunt right outside your door and the adventure begins there! No need to worry about long travels from your bed to the land your hunting on! The 4800 square foot building can house 8 people comfortably and is furnished with 4 queen size beds, two in each wing, a bunk bed room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and court yard with our community fire pit!

Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Transportation to and from DIA can be arranged if needed. The Ranch is located within an hour of DIA and is an easy drive from Metro Denver.

Description
This hunt is designed to harvest meat and stock the freezer. Please give advance thought and planning to the transportation and processing of the meat because this is the hunter's responsibility. As the outfitters we can offer advice and some help with logistics but the responsibility is ultimately up to the hunter. Local processing and shipping is an option.
